Welcome to AniTracker! By adding or using the AniTracker Discord bot or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as an otaku community member.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting AniTracker to your Discord server or utilizing its features (such as searching anime/manga, tracking schedules, or receiving DM notifications), you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

AniTracker provides automated anime and manga data aggregation, personalized release notifications, server-wide announcement channels, and interaction tools using public databases (such as AniList and Kitsu). AniTracker does not host, stream, or distribute pirated anime or manga media files.

3. Acceptable Use & Guidelines

You must not attempt to exploit, spam, or overload AniTracker's command system.
You must comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Abuse of report features or attempting reverse engineering of the service is strictly prohibited.

4. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but AniTracker is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify features, update commands, or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance without prior notice.
